• Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Hours: 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Location: Dallas, TX, near DeSoto

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse associates while remaining actively involved in daily outbound operations.
• Assign work, coordinate workflow, and monitor daily performance.
• Oversee accurate sorting, staging, and loading of outbound products.
• Train new employees on outbound loading procedures and proper equipment operation.
• Enforce established warehouse safety procedures and work practices.
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage outbound orders.
• Identify and resolve operational issues or order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments to keep outbound operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse leadership or lead experience.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center, e-commerce, 3PL, or similar warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of outbound operations, material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory processes.
• Experience using AS400 or a similar warehouse management system.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties and lift materials as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
