Industrial Janitor – Must-Have Requirements

• Previous janitorial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ability to work independently and stay productive

Industrial Janitor – Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Janitor to support cleanliness and organization in a busy industrial facility in Catoosa. This position is responsible for maintaining production areas, break rooms, restrooms, and common workspaces while ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Industrial Janitor – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production floors, work areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash throughout the facility
• Clean and stock restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and industrial work areas
• Safely use cleaning supplies and janitorial equipment
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with basic facility upkeep and organization
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support additional cleaning and facility tasks as assigned

Industrial Janitor – Additional Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse cleaning experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, or industrial environments
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to consistently meet attendance and performance expectations
