Description for Laborer:
- Lift and dump heavy concrete additives and raw materials into commercial manufacturing mixers.
- Manage hands-on industrial tasks, line tracking, and cleanup inside the facility grinding room.
- Manually lift, transport, and stack commercial 94 lb bags of concrete mix continuously.
- Maintain a highly organized work area and strictly follow all core plant safety rules.
Details for Laborer:
- Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (10-hour Day Shift).
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary with strong permanent potential (No benefits during temp phase).
- Availability: Immediate Start for the right candidate.
Requirements for Laborer:
- Physical capability to handle heavy industrial labor and lift up to 100 lbs continuously.
- Must supply and wear steel-toed shoes or boots daily on the active manufacturing floor.
- A proactive, safety-minded work ethic and strong team communication skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen; some background restrictions may apply.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable transportation.
