Industrial Laborer
This is a temp, possibly temp-to-perm role in the Delran, NJ area within a very stable family-owned manufacturer. We're looking for the day shift and pay is in the $20-21 an hour range.

Job Summary
Job Purpose: Support production operations by assisting with installation, supplying tools and materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing manual labor along the production line. This role involves assembling components according to specifications and operating and troubleshooting machinery.
Job Summary: This position operates in a standard manufacturing environment. The role requires frequent lifting of materials and products up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing. Employees must follow all safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hard hats. Loose clothing and jewelry are not permitted due to safety risks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Monitor and observe equipment, tools, and parts to ensure safe and efficient operation
*Inspect and test components and equipment for defects
*Assemble products using blueprints or specifications (soldering, gluing, fastening, etc.)
*Install, replace, or repair equipment and components using hand and power tools
*Connect or disconnect wiring, piping, and tubing as needed
*Disassemble and reassemble defective equipment for repair
*Clean, lubricate, and maintain tools, machinery, and work areas
*Apply protective materials to prevent corrosion or damage
*Transport tools, materials, and supplies between workstations
*Assist skilled technicians with maintenance and repairs
*Drill holes, install hardware, and attach prefabricated parts
*Ensure efficient use of time, materials, and minimize waste
*Maintain a clean and organized workspace
*Perform other duties as assigned
*Extended periods of standing
*Use of hand tools and power tools
*Operation of machinery requiring strict adherence to safety standards
Skills/Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED preferred
*Basic reading, writing, and math skills
*Strong manual dexterity
*Ability to operate machinery and basic computer systems
*Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Experience: 1?2 years of general labor or manufacturing experience preferred
