Industrial Lift Truck Operator — Warehouse Logistics

Day in the role — Spokane, WA

From the first lift to the last pallet of the day, you’ll keep materials moving safely and on schedule. You’ll hop on a forklift, verify your equipment is inspection-ready, and shuttle product between receiving, storage, and production zones. Along the way, you’ll update inventory counts, coordinate with teammates to meet targets, and immediately flag any equipment or safety concerns.

Core responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and transfers to and from storage locations.
• Move materials to designated areas throughout the warehouse.
• Complete pre- and post-shift equipment inspections for safety and functionality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock management tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Work closely with team members to hit production goals and timelines.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work as needed.
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
• Basic computer skills to assist with inventory management.
