Step into a day on our production floor

You arrive for a pre-shift huddle, align on targets, and head to your line. You ready the machines—simple and complex—dialing in settings and verifying safety. With a sit-down forklift, you stage materials, thoroughly clean boxes, lids, and skids, and feed the line so production can run steadily. As the shift progresses, you monitor output, make adjustments, and document results. You keep tools accounted for, equipment clean, weights accurate, and records legible. When a hiccup appears, you troubleshoot quickly to keep deadlines on track. You wrap up with housekeeping, clear communication, and handoff notes for the next team.

What you'll handle

  • Clean production equipment and care for company-issued tools.

  • Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets—clearly and accurately.
  • Calculate material weights using gross, tare, and net methods.
  • Participate in shift meetings, training sessions, and maintain open communication with teammates.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep pace with production deadlines.

  • Valid Forklift Certification highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
