Picture your day starting on the production floor: you review the run schedule, set up your machine to exact specs, and verify every adjustment against the technical drawings. As the line gets moving, you keep a close eye on quality and throughput—listening for changes in pitch, watching gauges, and stepping in to fine-tune performance. When a hiccup appears, you diagnose it quickly, complete a routine fix, and log the details so the next run is even smoother. Throughout the shift, you help keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized, teaming up with colleagues to improve the process minute by minute.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and run production machinery according to defined specifications and instructions.
• Continuously monitor operations to safeguard product quality and hit efficiency targets.
• Handle basic preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Uphold a safe, orderly work area and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Record production metrics and promptly escalate abnormalities to your supervisor.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine setups, streamline workflows, and boost output.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standardized work at all times.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; additional technical training is a plus.
• Hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery or in a closely related role.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
• Sharp attention to detail and an unwavering focus on quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet production deadlines.
