Schedule
- 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (3-2-2-3 Rotation)
- Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Every other weekend is part of the rotation
Core Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Stage materials, execute machine changeovers, and adjust tooling/settings
- Measure parts, verify specifications, and complete production documentation
- Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
- Competent with basic math and computer tasks
- Strong attendance, detail orientation, and safety focus
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for 12-hour shifts
- Comfort working in an environment without climate control
Hiring Requirements
- Pass a 7-year background check
- Pass a 9-panel drug screen
- Forklift training and certification provided
