Join a growing team in Charlotte as a Maintenance Technician II and play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role with consistent hours, strong pay, and long-term opportunity. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations. You'll work closely with your team to troubleshoot, install, and support process improvements that enhance productivity and safety.

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, fans, belts, filters)
  • Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
  • Install and maintain piping systems (copper, black iron, PVC)
  • Perform soldering and brazing as needed for repairs and installations
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and complete root cause analysis
  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements
  • Conduct inspections to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience with soldering and/or brazing techniques
  • Strong mechanical skills (gears, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics)
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to work at heights and lift up to 45 lbs

Preferred (Not Required)
• Technical degree or trade school training
• Experience with HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, or air handlers
• Basic electrical knowledge (motor controls, distribution systems)
