Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician Helper to support the maintenance team in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their mechanical skills while assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians with maintenance and repair of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Support maintenance on diesel-powered forklifts and material handling equipment
Help perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area
Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and minimizing downtime
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel equipment
Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or industrial environments preferred
Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Strong work ethic and reliability
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
