Description:

You will be the Industrial Maintenance Electrician for the Electrical Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading routine electrical systems and equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Industrial Maintenance Electrician you will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation of all plant electrical infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Install, repair, and replace switch boxes, light fixtures, plugs, sockets, and extension cords.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, perform grounding and shielding inspections.
  • Disassemble and reassemble motors, generators, and related equipment for maintenance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide work.
  • Utilize hand tools and voltage‑ampere measuring devices to verify safety and efficiency.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic computer skills

Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance

Must possess valid drivers license

Candidate must possess electrical knowledge of Allen Bradly controls

Candidate must have at least 3 years industrial electrical maintenance experience.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Allen Bradley and FANUC Controls and various VFD knowledge

Two years Associate Degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance

Robotics experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
