Oxford Solutions is working with a growing manufacturing operation to hire an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a direct hire opportunity. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working independently, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical systems and production equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with motors, control panels, and 3-phase systems
- Install and modify wiring, conduit, and electrical components
- Assist with PLC-controlled equipment and VFD troubleshooting
- Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout
- Document maintenance activities and support uptime across the facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance within manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working with electrical systems up to 600V
- Ability to use basic diagnostic tools such as a multimeter
- Comfortable working in a plant environment and performing physical tasks
Preferred
- Electrical trade school or journeyman certification
- Experience with PLCs or VFDs
- Background in heavy manufacturing environments
