What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems across production equipment, drives, and controls.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues that impact equipment performance.
• Program, adjust, and maintain PLCs to keep processes optimized and stable.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teammates to improve uptime, efficiency, and safety.
• Document maintenance and repair work with clear, accurate records.
• Model and follow safety procedures and applicable industry standards at all times.
• Share knowledge and support the development of junior team members and apprentices.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience as an electrician—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Expert electrical troubleshooting with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability to address equipment problems end to end.
• Experience programming and maintaining PLCs.
• Effectiveness working both independently and within a team environment.
• Clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Relevant electrical certifications or licenses are a plus.

• Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Comfortable working a rotating shift schedule.
