Industrial Maintenance Helper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Mechanical Helper to support the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with mechanical and electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work at heights when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
• Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience
• Comfortable working at heights
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
