Industrial Maintenance Technician | Raymore, MO

Pay Rate: $27 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM–4:30 AM

LSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background to support daily facility operations. This is a temporary position for up to 5 months, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair tasks
• Support equipment troubleshooting and upkeep
• Assist with maintaining industrial equipment and machinery
• Support general facility operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Experience working in an industrial maintenance environment
• Experience working on industrial equipment and machinery
• Strong mechanical background and hands-on mechanical knowledge
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work on and off the ground as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn
