The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of all wash processes, maximizing machine efficiency, scheduling planned machine maintenance, and engaging in CAPEX projects within the service center. Partner with the General Manager to offer guidance and oversight of local maintenance staff to ensure effective maintenance and operation of plant and wash equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support preventative maintenance program [ "\n\t. Role reports to the General Manager.\n\t. Will oversee a team of approximately 12 individuals, comprised of Maintenance Tech II's, Maintenance Lead Techs, and a Parts Coordinator.\n\t. Direct leadership skills are sought as well as strong hands-on ability.\n\t. Knowledge of automation, conveyor systems, high & low voltage, pneumatics, hydraulics, and ability to troubleshoot automation/ PLC-driven systems.\n\t.
