A leading manufacturing company in Phoenix is lookingfor a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations and lead a team supporting a high-volume production environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for both mechanical and electrical performance, driving preventive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and ensuring equipment reliability across the facility.
They're seeking a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge who enjoys problem-solving, leading teams, and improving overall plant efficiency.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 3:00PM
Pay: $100,000 – $120,000/year DOE
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Maintenance Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree required Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical systems Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant operations Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting Strong communication and problem-solving skills
