Full-Time | Charlotte, NC | $25$30/hr Based on Experience
Alliance Industrial is hiring Maintenance Technicians for full-time, on-site roles in Charlotte, NC. This is steady manufacturing maintenance work with competitive pay, consistent shifts, and hands-on mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment issues
- Maintain pumps, motors, fans, belts, filters, piping systems, and related equipment
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Conduct inspections to reduce downtime and keep equipment running safely
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, HVAC, or facilities environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with tools, equipment repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gears, and alignment
- Ability to work from ladders or elevated areas
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly during the shift
Preferred Experience
- HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, or facility systems
- Basic electrical skills, motor controls, or electrical distribution
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on training
