Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
When your shift starts at 3 PM, you’ll review the maintenance queue, sync with production, and set priorities. Some hours are spent executing preventive maintenance; others are all about rapid troubleshooting to keep lines moving. You’ll be the first call for complex equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems—restoring uptime and elevating performance.

Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively with groups of employees or customers.
Read a tape measure accurately and efficiently. Calculate percentages, measurements, volume, and rates. Apply concepts consistent with high school mathematics.
Apply common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or graphic instructions, and address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License and/or other certifications for specific areas or equipment.
Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; frequent exposure to wet/humid conditions; occasional exposure to high or precarious places, fumes/airborne particles, and vibration. Noise levels are typically loud.
