Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis
- Plan and support maintenance activities and equipment improvements
- Maintain accurate reports, inventory, and documentation
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support production and coordinate contractor work as needed
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of hydraulics, basic electrical, and equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics and use basic computer systems
- Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and on‑call as needed
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
