Summary

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis
• Plan and support maintenance activities and equipment improvements
• Maintain accurate reports, inventory, and documentation
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support production and coordinate contractor work as needed

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of hydraulics, basic electrical, and equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to read schematics and use basic computer systems
• Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and on‑call as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
