Picture this: You arrive at our Hazelton, PA manufacturing facility, scan the production floor, and jump right into action. A line is humming, a VFD alarm catches your ear, and within minutes you’re isolating the issue, reading a schematic, and bringing the line back to life. Later, you wrap up a PM, record your work in the CMMS, and collaborate with Production and Quality to fine-tune performance. That’s a typical day for our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic—keeping equipment reliable, safe, and efficient so the plant runs at its best.
