From there, you knock out scheduled PMs, tweak a pneumatic circuit for smoother motion, and partner with production to prevent the next unplanned stop. This role blends quick-hit troubleshooting with proactive maintenance to keep modern equipment running at peak reliability.

What You’ll Tackle
- Diagnose and repair packaging and production assets to cut downtime
- Execute preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
- Resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Respond quickly to equipment failures and implement lasting corrective actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement to boost reliability and throughput
- Coordinate with operators and production leaders to maintain safe, efficient operations
Your Background
- 3+ years maintaining equipment in a manufacturing setting
- Strength in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, and automated systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- PLC troubleshooting exposure is a plus
- Background in packaging, consumer products, food, plastics, or other high-speed environments preferred
