TradeWorX is hiring a full-time Maintenance Mechanic for a long-term manufacturing opportunity in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. This position offers steady night shift work, overtime opportunities, and the chance to join a stable employer with excellent employee benefits.

Pay & Overtime:
- $24.50/hour
- Overtime opportunities available
- Monthly attendance bonus
Schedule:
- Night Shift: 5: 30 PM 6: 15 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Full-time, long-term opportunity
Job Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Install, inspect, adjust, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, motors, switches, switchboards, PLCs, and related components.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Tear down, repair, and reassemble production machinery.
- Assist with new equipment installation and support outside contractors performing maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 night shift schedule.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Reliable with strong attendance and a safety-first mindset.
- Works well independently and under the direction of a Maintenance Supervisor.
