Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

New Haven, CT

$40-$45/hour | $100,000-$150,000+ annually with overtime

We're hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for a well-established manufacturing facility in the New Haven area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and wants long-term stability with a company that values hard work and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, production equipment, and automated systems
• Assist with robotics and welding equipment maintenance
• Operate forklifts, loaders, and other material handling equipment
• Keep equipment running safely and efficiently
• Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime

Schedule

• First Shift
• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime available

Pay & Benefits

• $40-$45/hour depending on experience
• Annual earnings of $100,000-$150,000+ with overtime
• Full benefits package
• Performance bonus paid twice per year

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
• Experience with industrial maintenance, conveyors, manufacturing equipment, welding, robotics, or plant maintenance is a plus
• OSHA 10 is preferred but not required
• Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
