Join us full-time as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic and keep our production lines moving. You’ll work 12-hour day or night shifts on an alternating schedule (three days one week, four the next), bringing hands-on skill to a fast-paced manufacturing environment—and you’ll be welcomed with a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in three $500 installments after 3 months, 6 months, and one year.
What your day looks like
From the moment you clock in, you’re the go-to expert ensuring equipment is safe, calibrated, and ready for peak output. You’ll blend electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic know-how to keep assets performing, jump on root-cause troubleshooting when something’s off, and complete preventive maintenance so issues don’t return.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production assets
- Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Tackle facility upkeep (basic plumbing, light carpentry, touch-up painting) to support operations
- Care for tools and parts, and keep a tidy, organized work area
- Champion safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
What you bring
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or mechanical systems
- Confidence with hand and power tools
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts with occasional overtime
- Sharp troubleshooting instincts and a collaborative, team-first mindset
