A day in the life
Step onto the floor in South Holland IL and own the uptime of our operation. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (also known internally as a Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Mechanic), you’ll troubleshoot issues, keep equipment humming, and help install new systems. Blow Mold experience a plus.

What you'll tackle
- Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on production machinery and facility systems.
- Inspect equipment routinely to catch wear-and-tear before it becomes downtime.
- Respond quickly to work orders and urgent breakdowns to restore operation.
- Document all service actions, parts used, and findings with accuracy.
- Partner with teammates to refine processes and elevate reliability across the plant.
- Work safely and uphold all site safety rules and procedures.
- Assist with setting, aligning, and commissioning new equipment and systems.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable role.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair varied equipment issues.
- Attention to detail and a methodical problem-solving approach.
- Clear communication and strong teamwork mindset.
- Flexibility to work different hours, including some weekends/holidays as needed.
