About Us
MissOuri Smelting Technology Inc. (MOST) is a secondary aluminum recycler that processes and melts aluminum to produce high-quality molten and solid products. These products are used in various industries, including automobile parts manufacturing.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an industrial-related role.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or equivalent recognized training.
- Additional Skills: PLC experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete repairs and maintain building equipment, machinery, and mechanical systems.
- Work on motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and production equipment.
- Identify problems, conduct troubleshooting, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Install new equipment and systems.
- Update various types of equipment to improve efficiency as needed.
Work Schedule
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am)
- Work Week: Alternating schedule of 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next.
- Overtime: Opportunities available.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $33.90 - $44.50/hr based on manufacturing experience and vocational or equivalent recognized training.
- Additional Earnings:
- $1/hr extra heat differential in the summer
