Build Reliability. Protect Quality. Elevate Safety.

Our mission is simple: every shift, every product, every time—safe, reliable, and high quality. As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist on third shift, you’ll be central to that mission, reducing downtime, protecting glove quality, and ensuring our food manufacturing equipment runs to standard.

Your Impact

Picture the start of your night: a quick review of open work orders, then straight to the line where a packaging system needs a precise setup to meet food safety requirements. Later, you’ll perform a preventive maintenance routine that averts tomorrow’s breakdown, install and stabilize a new piece of equipment, and partner with Production to resolve a safety concern before it becomes an issue. Throughout, you’ll document work accurately and follow OSHA rules without compromise.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set up and repair assembly/packaging machinery in full compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Execute preventive maintenance on all production equipment to drive reliability.
  • Install, debug, and stabilize plant equipment for new projects and improvements.
  • Complete assigned projects on time while meeting food safety standards.
  • Assist with Production/Maintenance tasks and cross-functional needs.
  • Collaborate with Production to troubleshoot and resolve quality and safety concerns.
  • Adhere to OSHA and site safety regulations at all times.
  • Record maintenance data as directed by the Maintenance Manager, including work orders and time cards.
  • Demonstrate correct use and care of tools and equipment.
  • Identify and promptly report equipment issues to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Participate in overtime and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent mix of education, experience, and training.
  • 1–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of maintenance terminology and best practices; strong OSHA/safety awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team setting.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA expectations, and production requirements.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Third-shift position; overtime and on-call coverage may be required.
  • Production floor setting with strong aromas and airborne dust from ingredients; work occurs near or on operating machinery.
