Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Streetsboro,OH. Details about the position are below.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring all equipment, machines, and infrastructure operate properly within the facility. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. This role will report directly to the Roto-Mold Department Supervisor.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
- Perform record keeping including time accounting, work order systems and machine parts management.
Preferences:
- Roto mold maintenance experience
- Some electrical knowledge 110 specifically
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Welding (mig)
