• Thorough understanding of industrial maintenance principles related to heavy manufacturing processes

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing safety policies and procedures
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• Preferred: Experience maintaining cranes and industrial mobile equipment

Job Duties
• Lead maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute reliability-based maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and uptime
• Supervise maintenance personnel while coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Manage maintenance systems, schedules, and resources to support efficient plant operations
• Control maintenance costs while improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency • Lead maintenance-related projects from planning through execution
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, housekeeping standards, and company procedures
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to achieve production and business objectives
