Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: $66,000–$90,000 annually
Schedule: Flexible hours required to support multiple locations and varying shifts

About the Opportunity
Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading heavy materials and industrial operations company to find an experienced Maintenance Supervisor Lead. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for keeping fleet, heavy equipment, and plant equipment running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities and personnel.
• Coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Prioritize maintenance needs to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Ensure accurate use of CMMS and maintenance records.
• Promote safety policies and lead safety meetings.
• Train, develop, and cross-train maintenance team members.
• Coordinate labor, parts, tools, and materials needed for repairs.
• Work with operations and maintenance planners to support production needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience in heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, construction or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support multiple facilities and varying operational schedules.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
