We are seeking an experienced, full-time Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across extrusion and injection molding production lines. You’ll play a key role in team leadership, safety compliance, and overall plant performance.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Day Shift
• Flexibility to work call in hour on night shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong background in plastic extrusion, injection molding, or similar
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and equipment repair
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation, and industrial systems
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of electrical is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians across all shifts
• Oversee maintenance for extrusion and injection molding equipment
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Improve reliability, uptime, and production efficiency
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
• Partner with production teams
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiative
• Ensure all work meets OSHA, NFPA, and safety compliance standards
• Support audits, inspections, and safety training (LOTO, etc.)
