Industrial Maintenance Tech

We are actively hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting and maintaining industrial production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Support production uptime by responding to equipment issues quickly and efficiently
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability

Day 1 Expectations

To be successful immediately in this role, candidates should have experience with:

• Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting
• Electrical diagnostics using a multimeter
• Reading schematics and blueprints
• Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical and electrical repair work

Preferred Background

• Multi-craft maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working with conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, or automated equipment is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently

Schedule & Environment

• 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3)
• Industrial manufacturing environment
• Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
