Ready to put your maintenance and troubleshooting skills to work?PDS Tech Commercial is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a major distribution center operation in Katy/Brookshire, TX.If you have** experience** maintaining conveyor systems, sortation equipment, motors, sensors, VFDs, and industrial material handling equipment, we want to speak with you.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced distribution environment supporting critical operations during peak season, with competitive pay and potential for long-term employment.Responsibilities:• 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.• Experience maintaining conveyor and sortation systems preferred.• Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and industrial controls.• Exposure to Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Rockwell-controlled equipment.• Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.• Ability to weld and use cutting torches.• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.• Ability to read work orders, troubleshoot failures, and complete repairs independently.• CMMS experience preferred.Benefits:• Competitive pay: $34/hr plus shift differential where applicable• Only the third shift is available.• Climate-controlled facility.• Tools and uniforms provided.• Opportunity to work on advanced material handling systems and automated equipment.• Potential for long-term employment.• Join a team that values safety, technical expertise, and reliability.Important: Candidates must be available for 3rd Shift (Monday to friday) Overtime may be required This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position This is not a residential maintenance or apartment maintenance roleApply today to learn more about this opportunity.
