About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, process systems, and plant utilities in a clean, highly automated manufacturing environment. This is a first-shift opportunity offering excellent benefits, long-term stability, and the chance to work on a wide variety of industrial equipment.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, and process equipment throughout the facility.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on PLC-controlled equipment, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and industrial instrumentation.
  • Calibrate and maintain process instrumentation, including pressure, temperature, flow, and pH devices.
  • Support critical plant utility systems, including boilers, steam systems, compressed air, air handlers, ammonia refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, tanks, mixers, piping systems, and other industrial process equipment.
  • Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot 24VDC and 120VAC control circuits.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, maintenance manuals, and P&IDs to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel equipment and piping as needed.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance within the CMMS system.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a clean manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or process manufacturing environment.
  • Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, or Electro-Mechanical Technician.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motor controls, industrial electrical systems, and process instrumentation.
  • Experience supporting plant utility systems, including boilers, steam, compressed air, HVAC, refrigeration, or air handling equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, maintenance manuals, and P&IDs.
  • Experience maintaining pumps, tanks, piping systems, mixers, heat exchangers, or similar industrial process equipment.
  • Technical degree, apprenticeship, or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, ingredient, or other regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
  • TIG welding experience, particularly on stainless steel equipment or piping, is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
