Industrial Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations through trouble shooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule:
- Sunday-Thursday
- 9:45 pm-6 am
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
- Physically cable of climbing ladders, working at heights, and operating in confined spaces while following safety procedures
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
- Maintain and service hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems (up to 480V)
- Conduct routine inspections and complete maintenance checks
- Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant procedures
- Support installation and improvement of machinery and processes
