We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for full-time, on-site positions at a manufacturing facility in Salisbury, NC. The ideal candidates have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and industrial machinery.
Pay and Schedule
$22$30 per hour, based on experience
Full-time position
Overtime opportunities available
1st Shift: 6:00 AM4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM11:00 PM
Training is completed on 1st Shift
On-site position in Salisbury, NC
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and systems
Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment
Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance documentation
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
Identify equipment issues and help minimize production downtime
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and plant policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar role
Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment or production machinery
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Preventive maintenance experience preferred
Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, bearings, or gearboxes preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
