Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be capable of working independently after a structured training period.
Hourly: $30.00
Shift: 3rd Shift (8pm-4:30am)
Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Install, modify, and assist with startup of production equipment.

Support facility maintenance including HVAC, lighting, compressors, chillers, and other building systems.

Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtime.

Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work safely while following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.

Accurately document maintenance activities.
Qualifications

6+ years of related maintenance experience with a technical degree, or 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.

Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial sensors preferred.

Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift after training.

Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends.

Physical Requirements

Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.

Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Work from scissor lifts or man lifts up to 35 feet.

Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, machinery, noise, and moving equipment.
