Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, IL. This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with extensive CNC repair experience who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Repair and maintain motors, conveyors, machine tools, and other manufacturing equipment
- Complete maintenance documentation and communicate equipment issues
- Work independently and collaborate with production and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC repair experience required
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and machine tools preferred
- Mazak machine maintenance experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
