Keep Production Moving in Elgin
Step onto a fast-paced corrugated packaging floor where your expertise keeps lines running and downtime low. We’re hiring four experienced Maintenance Technicians as direct hires with a comprehensive benefits package.
What a weekend day looks like
You arrive before the lines start humming, walk the conveyors, and scan PLC statuses. A drive throws a fault—you diagnose the VFD, trace the issue through the 480V circuit, confirm via schematics, and return the machine to service. Before lunch, you replace a worn mechanical component, align a servo, and verify throughput on the PLC (Allen Bradley/Siemens). By shift end, you’ve logged work, planned a wiring upgrade, and set the team up for a strong handoff.
