Industrial Maintenance Technician

REHAU is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations at our Cullman, Alabama facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working with industrial manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and computer-controlled systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and production readiness.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Perform equipment calibration as required.
• Participate in equipment improvement and production growth projects.
• Communicate equipment issues and maintenance updates with operations and leadership teams.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automated systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints, including pneumatic schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.

Compensation

• $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
• Night shift premium

Work Schedule

• Fully onsite in Cullman, Alabama
• 12-hour night shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on business needs
