Industrial Maintenance Technician – Day Shift
Pay Rate: $29.56/hour
Schedule: Shift Hours - 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and production machinery. This role is focused on maintaining industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and part replacements to minimize downtime
- Support preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience maintaining industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation
- Manufacturing, plant, or production equipment maintenance experience strongly preferred
Ideal candidates will have experience working on industrial machines and equipment—not residential or general building maintenance.
