Electro Mechanical Technician (3rd Shift) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Ripon, WI (On-site)
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Compensation: Base + $3.25/hour Shift Differential

The Role
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex industrial machinery. You will work across electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure our manufacturing operation remains successful and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical & Automation: Design minor electrical circuits; troubleshoot PLCs, electronic circuits, and control systems for high-speed machinery.
- Systems Installation: Install electrical controls, motors, and transformers by interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
- Fluid Power & Mechanics: Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits; perform essential mechanical repairs on industrial equipment.
- Maintenance Operations: Utilize CMMS software to track parts and manage work orders; monitor equipment performance to identify hazards or necessary adjustments.
- Infrastructure: Maintain electrical power and water distribution systems, including panels, breakers, and conduit.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree (2-year) in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (specifically troubleshooting PLCs and electrical circuits).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading/interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to use a computer for part searches and data entry within a CMMS.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. (Pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check required).
Preferred Backgrounds
We welcome candidates with experience in industrial maintenance from sectors such as OEM machinery, food & beverage, packaging, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing.
