Location: Talladega, AL - Honda Manufacturing Facility
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM
Pay: $25-$30/hr, based on experience
Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr

WMH Solutions is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support forklifts and material handling equipment at the Honda Manufacturing facility in Talladega, Alabama.
This is a dedicated-site technician role supporting industrial equipment inside a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience as a forklift technician, industrial maintenance technician, heavy equipment mechanic, diesel technician, automotive technician, plant maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic, or equipment mechanic, this could be a strong next step in your career.
You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair forklifts and material handling equipment that help keep production, warehouse operations, and plant movement running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, high-impact technician role where uptime, safety, and quality matter every day.

What You'll Do
This position is based at the Honda Manufacturing facility in Talladega, Alabama.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Weekend work may be required based on Honda production needs. Weekend schedules are generally communicated in advance.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and keeping industrial equipment running.
Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
Forklift or material handling experience is preferred, but strong technicians from automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, fleet maintenance, or plant maintenance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
