Our client designs and manufactures customizable electronic pieces (connectors) for Military equipment, avionics, unmanned vehicles (UAVs), and space satellites. The applications are exposed to extreme vibrations, shock, and temperature ranges, so the products they make are able to withstand these harsh environments. They are looking to bring on an industrial maintenance technician to lubricate machines, replace worn parts, diagnose malfunctions, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
- Perform regular checks, such as cleaning and inspecting drives, motors, and belts to prevent downtime.
- Diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing faulty machinery components, like gears, motors, and bearings.
- Setting up, installing, or modifying new and existing production machinery.
Must have 4+ years of experience with mechatronics
Must know about hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and PLC troubleshooting
Must be able to do machine manufacturing, preventive maintenance on machinery, and create/edit machine programs
Must have a robotics background
