Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing equipment problems, identifying root causes of failures, and implementing effective repairs to keep production running efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of industrial equipment, responding to mechanical issues, and performing corrective and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues.
• Investigate equipment failures and identify root causes to prevent recurring problems.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and perform timely repairs to restore production operations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and recommend improvements to equipment reliability.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, and repair documentation.
• Perform routine inspections of production equipment, facility systems, and company vehicles as assigned.
• Communicate equipment concerns and repair recommendations to management.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
