JOB DETAILS
Base Starting Wage 35.50-40 per hour
1st Shift: 600 AM - 400 PM. Monday-Friday, every other Saturday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance Technician II is an Electro-Mechanical position and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Supporting manufacturing operations • Adjusting and repairing equipment as needed • Tracking usage of and ordering replacement parts • Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment • Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments • Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition • Perform simple to complex mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks following instructions • Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance • Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc. • Intermediate understanding of electrical safety and motor control circuits and programmable drives • Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues • Complete projects to add electrical circuits and controls new equipment and relocate machines • Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including repairs of cylinders and other components • Perform simple to complex mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks following instructions • Enter all work completed in computer-based maintenance program • Monitor and report spare parts usage including completing parts order forms • Adjust equipment based on Statistical Process Control data and team with QA • Train new and Level 1 mechanics in more complex tasks and skills
