Industrial Maintenance Technician Opportunity
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation in Indianapolis. This is a direct-hire industrial maintenance position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with advanced automation, robotics, PLC controls, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

What You'll Work On
As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve highly automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems
Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
Maintain and repair:- Conveyor systems
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems
Support robotics and automated production equipment
Read and interpret:- Electrical schematics
Install and replace sensors, electrical components, and field devices
Partner with production teams to maximize uptime and equipment reliability
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment performance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Knowledge of:- Motors
Basic computer skills
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Skills
PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting
Controls and automation experience
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
Experience with industrial sensors and field devices including:- Photo Eyes
Control panel troubleshooting
Industrial electrical systems
Automation controls
Process controls
Electrical safety devices and lockout/tagout procedures
