Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team on 3rd shift.

-Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, automated systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors and facility systems
-Perform setup, changeovers and adjustments to equipment
-Conduct routine preventive maintenance
-Identify failures and implement corrective actions
-Troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical systems up to 480V AC and DC circuits
-Troubleshoot and work with PLCs, HMIs, Servo drives, photo eyes and proximity sensors
-Work with VFDs
-Read and work from blueprints, electrical schematics, diagrams and documentation
-Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC and electrical
-Ensure work follows SOPs, cGMP standards, safety policies and LOTO
-Assist with junior staff and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience
-Technical or Vocational Training
-5+ years of maintenance experience
-At least 3 years in a GMP or pharma manufacturing environment
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills

Preferred Skills & Experience
-Welding experience
