You will work with a team of professionals to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial machines and systems. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance. Respond to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity. Assist with installing and upgrading machinery as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices. Collaborate with other team members to improve operations and efficiency. Requirements: Qualifications: No prior experience required – we provide full training. Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
